One thing we noticed immediately was Kathleen’s amazing eye for photography and style—and helping her create her house into a home was a fantastic project!

How it all Started

Kathleen was looking for living room and dining room furniture for her new space. The living room needed flair, and the dining room was begging for a homey upgrade. With Ashley HomeStore, we gave this gal the mid-century modern look she was pining for!

Kathleen’s Wishlist Items

Kathleen stated she wanted a “warm and inviting feel, while also wanting to keep it simple and stick with the mid-century modern aesthetic.” The three words for the look she was going for were:舒适，诱人，简单。

Starting with the living room, we added accent chairs, a bright and cozy rug, an ark lamp, boho and faux fur pillows, a coffee table, and an end table.

For the kitchen, we added in a gorgeous table and chairs to reinforce the mid-century modern look. Kathleen chose the table because it wasn’t too big or bulky and accommodated 6 people comfortably. The chairs gave a sleek finish with light upholstery and canted legs that punctuated the aesthetic.

As a practical and stylish final touch, these gorgeous kitchen stools fit beautifully in the whole makeover!
